With a "flex" spot, you can put in a wide receiver, running back or tight end.

So, for instance, with your two flex spots, you could put in Breece Hall and DeAndre Hopkins, or any other configuration of players, provided that they are a wide receiver, running back or tight end.

You can not put a quarterback into a "traditional" flex spot - in "superflex" leagues, however, you can put quarterbacks into this spot.
