The lead after innings line is very straightforward - you are betting on which team will be leading a game after a certain number of innings. You can also bet on the game being tied after a certain number of innings.

The "lead after 3 innings" line might look like this:

If you think that the game will be tied at the end of three innings, you'd want to choose the Tied line.
